Planning and Zoning staff is proposing multiple changes and updates to the entire City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance No. 2479. The primary goal of the amendment is to ensure consistency and to ensure terminology is up-to-date. The Planning, Programming, and Zoning Commission and City Council will be reviewing the proposed amendment.
