Cars will face red lights in all four directions when the push button is pressed at two school crossings. Two new school signals have been installed at the intersections of Easton Avenue and W. 11th Street and Easton Avenue and Hammond Avenue, near Kittrell Elementary School. The signals now have a pedestrian button that, when pushed, causes the traffic lights to turn red in all four directions. This allows pedestrians – particularly students – to cross from all sides.
