Trick or Treating Times

Trick-or-Treating will take place in Waterloo on October 31, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The City of Waterloo is following guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and is asking residents to participate safely in Halloween activities.

Rochelle Walensky, Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, recommends trick-or-treating outside, limiting crowds and avoiding crowded Halloween parties.

The motoring public is asked to drive with caution due to increased pedestrian activity.
