New Modern Digital Portal for Water Works
Beginning July 6, customers who utilize www.waterloowater.org to view and pay their bills will be able to experience new features for tracking and paying their water bills. The Water Works has partnered with WaterSmart Software to offer our residents a modern digital portal where they can access detailed information about their household water use and view and pay their bills.
Customers can register for free and will have access to historical usage, daily usage (for those with Sensus SmartPoint® installed), paperless billing, bill forecasting and more. You can then view all of your utility data as soon as it becomes available each billing period, see how your water use compares to similar sized homes in your neighborhood, and get access to customized recommendations on how you can save water and money.
To pre-register for this free service before July 6:, Go to www.waterlooia.watersmart.com and enter your billing account number and zip code, then provide an email address and create a password. You do NOT need to pre-register if you are already registered to pay your bills at www.waterloowater.org.
If you pre-register or already pay your bills at www.waterloowater.org: After July 6 www.waterloowater.org will redirect you automatically to the new site (at www.waterlooia.watersmart.com) where you can use your existing payment credentials to log in or set up login email and password if you don’t already have one.
